The perforated lid allows to conduct fermentation with submerged cap. The lid is with silicon sealing and is placed at different height in the tank.
We recommend to use a suitable floating lid and air vet to conduct fermentation, capron rope to place and remove the lid, pump for floating lid, protective lid to prevent dust and other contamination.
