Semi-automatic apparatus for determination of volatile acids by the method f Geolm – VAA DEST 03 with steam generator – digital control, software in Bulgarian and English. The apparatus can perform fast distillation for alcohol, the speed of distillation can be regulated through the manipulation of the temperature and quantity of steam; there can be 5 modes of work, 3 of which are pre-set:
- volatile acids – distillation 10 to 100 ml – 6 minutes
- distillation for alcohol determination – distillation 100 to 90 ml – 6 minutes
- determination of sorbic acid – distillation 10 to 250 ml – 14 minutes
