Stand from stainless steel for stainless steel tank 1400 L or 1680 L. The tank is placed on the stand for better hygiene.
Recommendation: Place the tank on the stand and isolate it with suitable material for better control of the temperature. The better control of the temperature allows better cooling and better clarification (fining); good fermentation at a constant temperature (lower for white and rose wines 15-18°С or higher for red wines 20-24°С) with better final result. Take off the isolation of the tank when the temperatures lower to 0-5°С during the late autumn and to -5°С (at most -10°С), to stabilize and deacidify the wine naturally.
