The pump is for the air chamber of the floating lid or perforated floating lid for stainless steel tank. Includes a manometer and valve to regulate or release the pressure. Allows to position the floating lid at different levels in the tank and protect the wine from oxidation or to position the perforated lid to conduct fermentation with submerged cap.
