The air chamber is fitted on the floating or perforated lid of the stainless steel tank 235 L, 315 L or 390 L. Allows the lid to be placed at different levels in the tank. This way the floating lid prevents from oxidation, and the perforated lid allows to conduct fermentation with submerged cap.
