Aroma - Natural apricot.
Recommended dose: 10 ml for 100 l of rakia
We recommend adding the aroma only to already diluted rakia!
Recommended % alc.: for best results, fruit brandies should be between 38% and 42% alc.
If you wish, you can add for rounding and softening:
- Arabic gum (enorabinol) - we offer two types with the trade names Stabiverek and Sweetgum;
- glycerin.
For coloring, you can combine with our lightly roasted French oak chips Sorbet (or Fraicheur) or color your rakia faster with caramel coloring.
Both options do not add aroma or taste, but oak always results in natural aging and softening of the rakia.
