The production is prepared mainly from oak material with fine texture of age no less than 100 years.
The wood has good mechanical properties, good thermal insulation quality and gives the wine specific colour and aroma. The material used for casks is straight vein, with fine annual rings, no knots, sap-wood and cracks.
The details are naturally dried for 18-24 months.
According to this thermal treatment (МТ+) the casks are suitable for ageing of white and red wines, fruit brandy, cognac and whiskey.
