Stainless steel tank 90 L for fermentation and storage of wine. Designed for home winemaking.
The floating lid with silicone sealing can be put at different height in the tank and in this way it prevents the wine from oxidation. The set also includes a cover lid to protect from dust and other contamination.
When using the set for fermentation, for better control of the fermentation process, there is a heat-exchange panel for cooling or heating, thermometer and a straining off cylinder. The cylinder can be horizontal to prevent the tap from clogging or vertical to separate the marc from the wine via a pump. Using the perforated lid allows to keep the marc submerged into the wine in order to achieve better extraction in red winemaking. This way is conducted the so cold submerged cap fermentation.
